Senior Director, Training Delivery

About the role

Training has to stay consistent when much of it is delivered by outsourcing partners, so this role sets one operating model and holds everyone to it. Success shows up as trained people ready on time, less variation in delivery, and results that can be measured.

What you will do

• Set a company-wide training strategy that brings internal teams and outside providers under one model.
• Build governance: decision rights, reporting routines, escalation paths and clear accountability.
• Define readiness criteria for new hires, upskilling, launches and change programs, working with operations and workforce planning.
• Create standard frameworks for choosing, certifying and reviewing trainers and training leaders.
• Set scorecards, service levels and KPIs that tie training to proficiency, quality, compliance and client results.

What they look for

• Eight or more years of growing responsibility in learning, training operations, workforce readiness or contact center work, with leadership
• A track record running training in outsourced or vendor-supported healthcare settings.
• Experience governing standardized operating models across business process outsourcing partners.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or later.

Nice to have

• A master's degree in a related field.
