What you will do
- Set the strategy, planning and delivery of the North America regional field event portfolio, tying spend to revenue targets and launches
- Create repeatable event playbooks and operating frameworks that scale across regions, product lines and future growth
- Assess sponsorship options and recommend investments based on audience fit, pipeline potential and executive engagement
- Design engagement plans for before, during and after events to maximize contact with high value prospects and customers
- Run events end to end, covering budget, vendors, staffing, creative, production, logistics and onsite operations
- Track engagement, pipeline, revenue influence and ROI metrics, then use the data to refine future event investments
