Lead strategy and execution for traditional search, AI driven discovery and affiliate marketing within a complex ecommerce business. The role owns technical SEO roadmaps, experimentation and performance measurement across channels.
What you will do
- Set the direction for AI era discovery and technical search across classic and AI powered engines
- Design and run tests that raise discoverability and bring in qualified traffic
- Work with product, engineering, analytics, content and merchandising teams on scalable solutions
- Turn technical findings into business requirements and steer their delivery
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks that show business impact
- Direct agency and vendor partners and brief senior leadership on progress
What they look for
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or a similar field plus three years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant e
- Track record owning technical search and affiliate marketing strategy
- Skill at building roadmaps and ranking initiatives by impact
- Experience with technical audits, experiments and performance tuning
- Ability to convert insights into clear business and technical requirements
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships
