Senior Manager, Paid Social

About the role

Remote or hybrid within the US, on a growing biddable media team. The role owns channel strategy and execution for mid-sized client accounts with limited oversight, turning performance data into clear stories about client outcomes.

What you will do

• Turn client goals and audience needs into paid social channel strategies
• Oversee planning, forecasting, activation, optimization and analysis on assigned accounts
• Run test-and-learn programs and fix performance problems through audience, bidding, creative or account structure changes

What they look for

• 4+ years in digital media, with substantial hands-on paid social campaign management
• Experience shaping channel strategy and tactical recommendations from client business goals
• A track record with complex campaigns, restructures or performance turnarounds, plus client presentation skills

Nice to have

• Experience guiding junior team members and improving team workflows

A typical week

• Supervise campaign launches and spot process gaps
• Present performance, insights and next steps in recurring client updates
• Manage relationships with analytics, strategy, ad operations, creative and partner agencies
