About the role

A regional role driving growth for a diagnostic film portfolio across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The manager builds distributor performance and expands customer adoption while pursuing new market opportunities.

What you will do

Create and carry out regional growth plans that meet revenue and profit goals across EMEA
Find and develop new markets, applications, customer segments and strategic accounts
Build relationships with distributors, customers, opinion leaders and OEM partners
Manage distributor and channel partners, including reviews, forecasting and onboarding
Represent the company at customer meetings, training sessions, conferences and industry events
Deliver forecasting, pipeline tracking, reporting and market intelligence to guide decisions

Track record managing distributors, channel partners or strategic customer relationships
Strong commercial, strategic, analytical and communication abilities with stakeholder influence
Willingness to travel roughly 30 percent across the EMEA region
