Senior Partner Sales Manager

About the role

Own partner engagement for prospect and customer accounts in an assigned region, carrying a bookings target for partner-influenced deals.

What you will do

• Generate opportunities, manage pipeline and close deals together with partners
• Build a regional partner growth plan with the assigned sales teams
• Map local partner capabilities, capacity and gaps, then recruit and onboard key partners
• Run business reviews with priority partners and keep an accurate sales forecast
• Work with the corporate business development team on strategic partner go-to-market plays

What they look for

• At least eight years in direct and channel sales
• Solid grasp of the big data software business
• Proven alliance or channel record with measurable results in enterprise technology sales
• Experience creating and executing partner business plans with global and regional partners
• Ability to lead through influence and to motivate internal and external teams
• Excellent communication skills and a bachelor's degree
