Own the core fiat payment infrastructure product line for Europe and Latin America, covering payment middle platform, order system and clearing modules.

What you will do
- Design and iterate the payment middle platform, order system and clearing module for Europe and Latin America
- Set the roadmap and drive delivery of backend capabilities for the global fiat payment platform
- Lead design of order lifecycle management, from creation and status changes to timeouts and reconciliation
- Design clearing with T+0 and T+1 settlement, multi-currency reconciliation rules, error handling and fund checks
- Recommend integration strategy for payment service providers, bank rails and local payment methods
- Work with engineering, risk, compliance and finance on settlement, reconciliation and fund flow systems

- Six to ten or more years in product management, ideally in payments, fintech or platform products
- Strong background in payment systems such as orchestration, transaction platforms or cashier backends
- Deep knowledge of payment lifecycle, including routing, retries, success rate optimisation and failure handling
- Familiarity with backend design and APIs, able to work closely with engineers on architecture
- Analytical, data-driven approach using metrics to guide product decisions
- Proven record managing complex cross-functional projects across multiple regions
Nice to have
- Experience with global payment methods and bank rails such as ACH, SEPA, FPS, PIX or UPI, or large PSP integrations
- Familiarity with gross and net settlement models, T+N clearing cycles and foreign exchange processing
- Background in transaction platforms, wallet systems or payment infrastructure, including Web3 or crypto products
