Senior Director, Implementation and Solution Design, APAC

About the role

Leads the regional translation of growth opportunities into outcome based talent acquisition solutions, from discovery and solution architecture through mobilisation and steady state delivery. Acts as a senior partner ensuring solutions are differentiated, commercially viable and scalable.

What you will do

• Guide discovery sessions with new and current clients to define objectives, scope, constraints and success measures
• Design integrated recruitment solutions combining people, process, technology, experience, governance and commercial structure
• Serve as lead solution architect on strategic accounts and complex opportunities, shaping value propositions for executives
• Research markets, benchmark and analyse competitors with regional and global stakeholders to find improvement opportunities
• Refine the operating model and service offering across attraction, assessment, pre boarding, conversion, diversity and technology
• Work with business development, delivery, implementation and finance on scope, deployability, profitability and pricing targets
