Senior Performance Analyst, Paid Media (Fashion)

About the role

Suits someone who has handled large, complex accounts and can stay calm when a client pushes back. The role also helps train and audit the paid team and owns one core part of the department's work.

At a glance

What you will do

• Set paid advertising strategy and run performance marketing for major accounts so client goals are met
• Act as the main escalation point for key accounts, clearing blockers and pushing results
• Apply cross-channel and measurement know-how such as attribution and incrementality to client work
• Check campaign execution closely so errors do not cost revenue

What they look for

• Expert level in at least two big ad channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube or Snapchat
• Advanced spoken and written English
• Comfort working under pressure and handling tough client questions and account problems
• Grasp of cross-channel strategy and how paid media fits the wider media mix
• General business sense and a record on enterprise accounts
