Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience

About the role

Own the customer-facing experience of a finance app where users discover, trade and manage tokenized investment products. Turn complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into simple, trustworthy product experiences.

What you will do

• Define strategy and prioritize opportunities for the customer-facing app experience
• Write clear requirements and ship meaningful product improvements
• Work with engineering, design, legal, compliance and operations teams
• Improve retention, usability and long-term customer value
• Translate complex concepts like order books, pricing and settlement into simple flows
• Establish metrics and feedback loops around usability, retention and satisfaction
