What you will do
- Find and grow sales chances across the shared ownership homes on offer
- Hit your own targets and add to regional and departmental goals weekly, monthly and yearly
- Book viewings and travel to sites for appointments and handovers
- Take enquiries by phone, register buyers and set up affordability checks with the partner finance team
A typical week
- Call prospective buyers and register their interest
- Visit development sites for viewings and client appointments
- Push offers through to reservation and keep paperwork accurate
- Update weekly client reports on live developments

- Able to work under pressure and sort priorities in a busy setting
- Good at booking viewings, cross selling and reaching targets
- Confident talking to first time buyers and handling objections
- Organised with strong admin and computer skills
