Senior Software Engineer, Rapid Development Team

About the role

Join a team that designs and ships core features for an autonomous security investigation platform, keeping AI agents effective across many customer environments.

What you will do

• Direct the design and coding of platform features and fixes so AI agents can investigate and answer security alerts on their own
• Extend investigation pipelines and logic to cover fresh alert categories while weighing accuracy, speed and maintainability
• Study AI-generated investigations to spot strengths and gaps, then turn findings into product improvements
• Work with go-to-market and customer success staff to set technical priorities and target the most valuable problems
• Raise quality via automated tests, performance tracking and secure coding habits
• Take part in a periodic 24x7 on-call rotation and build integrations with security tools

What they look for

• Track record designing, building and maintaining security products or large security tooling
• Strong Python skills producing clean, maintainable production code
• Comfort with AI coding tools and agentic workflows
• Experience integrating with security platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR or cloud security services
• Knowledge of security operations, detection engineering and common attacks and vulnerabilities
• Ability to lead features end to end from vague problem statements to design, build, test and release
