About the role

Work sits between clients and internal teams, turning goals into functional specs and configured systems. Documentation follows a shared approach so support stays consistent.

At a glance

What you will do

• Meet with clients to learn their goals and design requirements.
• Write functional requirement documents for client sign-off.
• Configure and test systems against approved requirements and standard procedures.
• Train customers and take part in other educational activities.
• Track new tools and practices in the association market and how they apply.

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree and at least a year of related work experience.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Comfort working with several stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-profit functions such as membership, meetings, professional development or fundraising.
