Special Projects Analyst

About the role

You will join a financial reporting, controls and consultations team that supports the business controller organisation. The role coordinates requests, tracks status and helps improve the processes behind reporting and internal controls.

What you will do

• Coordinate and track internal and external requests so they are completed on time
• Build, maintain and improve tools for tracking and monitoring request status
• Review submissions for data accuracy, completeness and tie-outs, and raise follow-up questions
• Summarise request status and flag key issues, risks or delays
• Support the quarterly certification process from preparation through submission and reporting
• Contribute to projects that improve processes, systems, templates and tools

What they look for

• Working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• U.S. citizenship, as required by the program
