Staff Product Manager, Radar - Fraud and Abuse Prevention

Fraud and abuse attacks keep moving past checkout, so the team studies them with customers and builds defenses that hold up at scale. This role sets strategy and pace across engineering, data science and design while keeping the product reliable and simple to use.

What you will do

• Meet customers to understand new fraud and abuse attacks and judge their financial and operational cost
• Separate one-off incidents from patterns worth building broad defenses against
• Set product strategy and a roadmap that ranks defenses by customer and business value
• Work with engineering, data science and design to test signals and ship reliable controls
• Scope work, set priorities and keep delivery tight while coordinating launches with sales and marketing
• Track product, user experience and business metrics, and use them to guide the next round

What they look for

• 10 or more years in product management
• Rigorous with data and able to write SQL and define metrics that tie product choices to user outcomes
• Experience taking products from zero to one, testing fast with real users
• Solid commercial sense and an understanding of how customer problems turn into business value
