Marketing Data Analytics Manager

About the role

Leads measurement, forecasting, and optimization of marketing spend across all direct-to-consumer channels. Owns the analytical infrastructure that guides budget allocation and growth projections.

What you will do

• Design and refine multi-touch attribution models across the customer journey
• Build and maintain media mix models to measure incremental channel impact and budget allocation
• Own multi-channel forecasting, scenario planning, and periodic re-forecasts
• Develop lifetime value and acquisition cost models by channel, segment, and cohort
• Present findings and trade-offs to executive leadership in clear narratives

What they look for

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and experimentation
• Hands-on expertise building multi-touch attribution and media mix models in production
• Track record forecasting performance across paid search, paid social, organic, CTV, and other channels
• Deep experience with lifetime value and acquisition cost modeling, cohort analysis, and unit economics
• Advanced SQL, plus experience with data warehouses and BI tools

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling
• Familiarity with attribution and measurement platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or similar
