About the role

A hands-on leader owns the compensation engine that pays the go-to-market organisation accurately and on time. The role covers plan design, quotas, incentives and coaching a small analyst team.

What you will do

Own the incentive compensation system as record of truth, including plan build, rule logic, testing and release
Safeguard crediting and compensation data integrity across Salesforce and downstream systems, fixing issues at source
Oversee inquiry handling with clear service levels and report on trends to improve processes
Keep policies and procedures documented and current for stakeholders and the team
Lead annual plan design with analysts, GTM leaders, finance and people teams for all commissioned roles

Experience leading sales compensation for a go-to-market organisation
Hands-on skill with incentive compensation systems such as CaptivateIQ
Knowledge of Salesforce and related data systems
Ability to manage and coach a small analyst team
Strength in modelling, plan design and quota setting
