(Senior) Investment Manager, Private Credit

About the role

The role focuses on private credit within private markets, selecting fund managers and shaping alternative investment portfolios for institutional clients.

What you will do

• Source and assess private market fund managers worldwide, with emphasis on private credit and direct lending
• Run qualitative and quantitative due diligence on strategies, track records, teams, structures, terms and risk profiles
• Draft investment proposals and memoranda for internal committees and client mandates
• Track existing fund holdings through performance analysis, liquidity planning, valuation checks and reporting
• Present investor reports and support sales teams in winning institutional clients
• Produce macroeconomic market research and help develop new alternative investment products

What they look for

• At least five years selecting, analysing and conducting due diligence on private credit funds
• Strong financial analysis skills covering fund strategies, legal structures, manager quality and risk-return profiles
• Ability to turn complex analyses into clear presentations for institutional and senior audiences
• Professional fluency in German and English at C1 level or above
• Advanced Excel financial modelling and data analysis within the Microsoft environment

Nice to have

• Master's degree
• Professional qualifications such as CFA or CAIA

EUR 100,000 to 120,000 per year
