About the role

Lead the social, community, creator and merchandise work for a premium financial brand, building an engaged customer community and shaping how the company appears in public. The role reports to a brand lead and manages a small team.

What you will do

• Set a unified strategy linking social channels, creator and influencer work, and merchandise into one ecosystem.
• Define and amplify the brand voice, holding a high standard for ideas, writing and creative output.
• Design campaigns and programs that give customers reasons to participate and advocate.
• Partner with brand, creative, growth, product marketing and support teams to align community work with company priorities.
• Own goals, budgets, measurement and operating rhythms, balancing creative ambition with analysis.

• Experience leading a team and managing a meaningful budget in social, merchandise, creator or influencer work, or similar brand and communit
• Strong creative and editorial judgment, able to write well, critique concepts and keep quality high without slowing work.
• A systems mindset that connects channels and moments into a larger story that builds brand equity.
• Cross-functional instincts and the ability to align different priorities around the customer and community.
• Curiosity about culture and the internet, with an appetite for ideas that break the usual financial brand playbook.
• People leadership skills, including hiring and coaching across disciplines, moving between strategy and detail.
