Senior Sales Manager, Onshore Wind, Romania and Eastern Europe

About the role

Sell onshore wind turbines across Romania and Eastern Europe. Build lasting ties with key accounts and steer their wind projects toward the company's products and services.

What you will do

• Drive onshore wind turbine sales across Romania and the wider Eastern European region
• Cultivate strong ties with decision makers at assigned accounts and learn their project plans
• Back account project strategies with commercial and technical assistance
• Find, grow and close sales opportunities within assigned accounts
• Run the inquiry to order process and keep sales database records accurate
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences and similar events

What they look for

• Degree in energy engineering, finance or business, or comparable practical knowledge
• Grasp of power generation market requirements and what drives customer finances
• Proven sales or business development record in the wind power sector
• Confident presenting to senior executives and strong negotiation ability
• Willingness to travel often across the country and region
• Fluent in English and Romanian

• Strong written and spoken communication and leadership skills
• Able to analyse and solve problems and to lead programmes or projects
• Skilled at documenting, planning, marketing and delivering programmes
• Established project management abilities
