Talent Acquisition and People Specialist

About the role

Shape how the organisation attracts, develops and keeps its people, with a strong focus on recruiting and active sourcing. The role also covers development, engagement and selected international HR processes, working closely with managers and staff.

What you will do

• Run end to end recruiting with hiring managers, actively source candidates and build talent pipelines
• Support employer branding and improve the candidate experience
• Help with learning, development and succession initiatives, and refine role profiles, career frameworks and job architecture
• Stay in regular contact with employees, drive onboarding, engagement and retention, and turn feedback into improvements
• Use people data to spot areas for improvement
• Support selected international HR processes and own employer of record processes with an external provider

What they look for

• Experience in international talent acquisition, HR or a comparable role
• Strong recruiting skills, ideally including active sourcing
• Good communication, project management and stakeholder skills
• Confidence with HR systems and digital tools
• Fluency in German and English
