- Own qualification and handoff on high-priority leads, including discovery and routing
- Handle inbound leads across the full product portfolio
- Lead discovery conversations on goals, use cases, business model and readiness
- Keep CRM data accurate and close or disposition cases promptly
- Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to improve prioritization and follow-up
