What you will do

  • Is the main implementation resource on client projects from kick-off through completion
  • Handle second-level support, troubleshooting and resolving escalated healthcare IT issues
  • Answer user inquiries by phone, email and ticketing systems, and triage the queue on a rotating schedule
  • Escalate complex issues with IT, Product and Engineering, and keep incident records and the knowledge base current

  • Degree in IT, healthcare informatics or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Troubleshooting complex applications plus Windows and Linux administration and command lines
  • Ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes, with strong customer and call center skills
  • Knowledge of EMR and clinical software, storage media, networking and PC/server hardware

Nice to have

  • PACS, radiology, DICOM or HL7 experience
  • CompTIA Linux, RHCA, RHCT, CCNA or CCNP certification
