Trainee Sales Representative

About the role

An entry-level field sales role with structured training and coaching. Trainees build new business by visiting small and medium businesses in an assigned area and can progress to a consultant position.

What you will do

• Finish training on products, compliance, systems and sales methods
• Grow and manage an assigned territory day to day
• Make B2B cold calls, including over 75 door knocks daily once active
• Approach SMEs with yearly card turnover between 50,000 and 7.5 million pounds
• Find merchant needs and present suitable payment, EPOS and related solutions
• Keep CRM records and the opportunity pipeline accurate to hit conversion goals
