An HR specialist role advising clients on complex workforce matters across EMEA, owning the full employee lifecycle and acting as a trusted in-country expert on business transfers.
What you will do
- Lead complete TUPE transfer processes in the UK and Ireland as the main HR expert for incoming and outgoing transfers
- Run mandatory employee consultations, arrange representative elections and keep to statutory timelines
- Collect, audit and exchange employment data, flagging contractual risks and legacy benefit issues
- Handle sensitive transfer cases, harmonisation queries and possible redundancies, drafting sound legal documents
- Manage ties with payroll providers, benefit brokers, pension administrators and employment lawyers
- Advise clients on post-transfer integration, compliance and regulatory changes
What they look for
- At least three years of specialised HR experience with hands-on UK and Ireland TUPE exposure
- Strong knowledge of labour law and regulatory frameworks in the UK and Ireland
- Proven record of leading business transfers from start to finish
