  • Meet clients and project representatives such as adjusters, brokers and insurers
  • Schedule and carry out site inspections to scope the damage
  • Estimate medium to large commercial and residential projects in Xactimate
  • Keep files in order: schedules, contracts, change orders, reports and meeting notes
  • Give technical guidance to other consultants and support their files
  • Work with business development managers on new and existing client relationships

  • A bachelor's or associate degree, or 10 years of proven restoration industry work instead
  • Experience in restoration or restoration contracting with insurers, covering scheduling, project management and estimating
  • Skill with Xactimate, Symbility, RS Means or similar estimating software

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Strong project management and critical thinking, with deadlines met
