Oversee the daily performance of North American third party logistics partners, keeping product moving from inbound containers to final shipment. Act as the main link between internal operations and external providers.

What you will do
- Manage daily relationships with logistics partners, including regular meetings and onsite reviews
- Serve as the main escalation point for operational problems and ensure timely fixes
- Check open order reports against partner dashboards to confirm dwell time accuracy
- Make sure inbound orders are received, routed and shipped correctly and on time
- Order pallets for inbound containers and coordinate incoming shipments with partners
What they look for
- Three or more years in logistics, fulfilment or supply chain operations
- Direct experience managing or working with third party logistics providers
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Experience with order management, carrier selection and exception handling
- Fluency in Spanish and English, plus US work authorisation without sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience with logistics provider RFP processes, from requirements to vendor scoring
- Contract negotiation experience covering rate cards, service levels, penalties and renewals
