Senior Manager, Deal Desk, EMEA

About the role

Lead the regional deal desk team that supports sales, pricing and booking transactions across Europe. The role keeps quoting and order processes accurate, fast and aligned with global policy.

What you will do

• Manage the regional deal desk team, covering hiring, training, work cadence and ongoing improvement of the function
• Act as the regional escalation point for complex, strategic and non-standard transactions
• Work with the global deal desk lead and other regional managers to keep local practice aligned with global policy
• Advise sales leaders on deal quality, pricing discipline, exceptions and commercial strategy
• Produce executive-level reporting on discount trends, cycle times, exception rates and approval bottlenecks

• Track record of scaling order management processes in a fast-growing public company
• Ability to balance customer needs, deal speed, pricing discipline and operational integrity
