Senior Director, Strategy & Execution

About the role

Leads the company's strategy cycle and initiative portfolio, working closely with the CEO, executives, board and investors. The role combines shaping strategy with hands-on execution of critical initiatives.

What you will do

• Spot emerging risks and opportunities across functions and raise them with senior leadership
• Develop original strategic ideas and turn the strongest into memos and initiative proposals
• Own the annual strategy process from theme intake through decision gates and the executive session
• Set up approved initiatives with charters, sponsors, accountable leads, plans and measures

• Senior strategy leadership experience with strong business judgment and original thinking
• Ability to influence executive decisions and drive execution, not just program governance
• Intellectual curiosity and a broad understanding of how a business operates
• Comfort operating close to senior leaders and the board
