At a glance

What you will do

• Sell monitoring devices and related solutions to physicians, hospitals and health systems
• Grow a pipeline through prospecting, forecasting and closing new business to hit targets
• Build relationships with champions and advocates inside hospital systems
• Present and explain complex clinical and technical details, and train providers on the products
• Keep CRM records and regulatory paperwork in order, and work with other reps and support staff

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree with at least two years of sales, or eight or more years of sales or related work without a degree
• Track record of hitting sales goals and growing market share, including launching new products in competitive markets
• Strong negotiation, closing and presentation skills, with care for documentation and compliance
• Self-motivated and comfortable with rejection, plus willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays

Nice to have
