At a glance

What you will do

• Run the day-to-day relationship for assigned lender-placed insurance clients, balancing client needs with contractual and regulatory duties.
• Chair recurring client and internal meetings: set agendas, present progress, record decisions and push follow-through.
• Keep task plans, trackers, audit matrices and action logs current so owners, deadlines and dependencies stay clear.
• Coordinate requests, audits, implementations, complaints and service issues across internal teams until resolved.

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years in mortgage loan servicing, financial services, insurance or a similar business setting.
• Able to juggle several deliverables and competing priorities and still meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Strong relationship building, organisation and presentation skills.
• Comfort analysing client or operational data and turning findings into practical recommendations.
