About the role

The role acts as the main link between clients and internal teams at a healthcare advertising agency. It oversees project delivery so work lands on time, on budget and at high quality.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts and handle inquiries
• Work with clients and internal teams to shape strategies that meet client goals
• Manage day to day project operations including timelines, budgets and resources
• Hold regular client meetings and presentations on progress and new opportunities
• Mentor and coach junior team members to support their development
