  • Take charge of AI/ML architecture end to end on client projects and make the key technical calls
  • Lead and mentor two or three AI and cloud engineers, pushing fast prototyping and delivery on AWS
  • Design agentic systems that plan, call tools and automate business workflows
  • Build LLM applications with RAG pipelines: chunking, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation and iteration
  • Spend about 20% of the time on presales: technical discovery, solution design and estimation
