What you will do
- Run account enablement plans that lift enterprise customers from rollout to broad usage
- Track activation, feature adoption and retention across assigned accounts
- Lead workshops, lunch-and-learns and one-to-one sessions for employees new to generative AI
- Help business teams find high-value use cases and build custom AI assistants
- Guide customer IT and security staff through data source connections, SSO setup and custom assistants
- Create enablement playbooks and partner certification criteria, and mentor future team members
