Automotive Diagnostics Specialist

About the role

Provide expert diagnosis of complex technical problems and help dealer workshops resolve product issues quickly. The role links the manufacturer and its dealer network across the full product range.

What you will do

• Diagnose complex technical issues and support fast solution finding
• Work closely with workshop and dealership technicians
• Provide repair instructions through specified communication channels
• Help develop solutions covering the entire product range
• Act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers

What they look for

• Proven automotive experience, ideally at a dealership, workshop or manufacturer
• Confidence in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
• Fluency in English and at least one Central or Eastern European language
• Very good verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational, time management and customer focus skills
