Automotive Inventory and Merchandising Manager

About the role

Own the digital inventory and merchandising process that gets used electric vehicles listed accurately and ready for shoppers, working remotely with teams at physical locations.

What you will do

• Coordinate the listing process from vehicle arrival and reconditioning through photos, quality checks and publication
• Give final approval on photos for angles, count, clarity and match with the vehicle record, requesting retakes
• Keep status and location current in inventory systems, including transfers, returns, trade-ins and relistings
• Watch listings on the company site and third-party marketplaces and fix missing photos, wrong options or stale status
• Track aged and stalled units, flag data issues and escalate pricing, recon, title or disposition calls

What they look for

• Ability to reconcile vehicle records by VIN in spreadsheets using filters and lookups
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment on when to correct a listing

Pay

USD 65,000 to 80,000 per year
