A remote assistant role supporting a cardiology practice, handling patient calls, insurance checks and test result communication with care and professionalism.
What you will do
- Answer a large volume of inbound patient calls through the eCW phone system and route them correctly
- Confirm insurance eligibility before appointments are scheduled
- Arrange and coordinate urgent and stat appointments quickly
- Share diagnostic reports and test results with patients through TigerConnect
- Provide empathetic and respectful support that meets clinical etiquette standards
What they look for
- Active hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks in a US healthcare setting
- Practical experience using TigerConnect for clinical and patient communication
- Prior administrative or medical assistant work in a cardiology practice
- Strong emotional intelligence, empathy and a calm, gentle phone manner
- Fluent bilingual communication skills
