Business Development Manager

About the role

A sales role focused on winning banking and payment clients across the CIS region, owning the full deal cycle from first contact to signed contracts and ongoing maintenance. The manager also studies the market and builds ties with senior banking executives.

What you will do

• Meet and grow the sales targets set by the company
• Build and carry out a CIS sales plan aligned with company strategy
• Run the entire sales cycle alongside product owners, project managers and technical leads
• Work with internal teams to engage customers and capture their needs
• Partner with the bidding team on proposals and requirement documents
• Negotiate solution and maintenance contracts, and keep client records current in the CRM

• Strong negotiating ability with decision makers
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian
• Solid grasp of banking and payment systems
