Healthcare Sales Representative

About the role

A patient-facing role guiding people from first inquiry or referral to a booked appointment at the right clinic. It combines outreach, scheduling and documentation follow-up in a remote team.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound patient contact by phone, email, chat and text
• Collect demographic, insurance, referral, prescription and clinical details
• Explain scheduling steps and requirements, and address patient questions or concerns
• Book prosthetic and orthotic appointments at the clinic that fits each patient's needs
• Coordinate with physician offices, intake, billing and clinic teams to remove barriers
• Record interactions and follow up with patients who have missing information

• Comfort with outbound calls and managing many patient cases at once
• Clear, empathetic communication that respects HIPAA rules
• Strong organization and consistent follow-through
• Ability to stay professional with upset or hard-to-reach patients

Pay

USD 5 to 6 per hour
