Support enterprise merchants in designing and implementing scalable payment solutions before the sale. Act as a trusted technical advisor while working with sales, engineering and product teams to win and grow key accounts.

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery, analyse requirements and identify well-architected solutions for merchants
- Build compelling technical narratives that map platform capabilities to merchant systems
- Architect end-to-end solutions, including complex integrations and customisations, weighing tradeoffs
- Partner with sales and partner engineering to shape strategy for the largest customers
- Feed customer insights to product management to influence feature priorities
- Create reusable assets, best practices and training material, and build custom demos
