About the role

A remote advisory role helping travellers choose and book vacations, from first enquiry to final arrangements. Advisors match client preferences with suitable trips and keep bookings organised.

What you will do

• Collect details on travellers' interests, timetables and spending plans
• Research destinations and find experiences that fit client expectations
• Source resorts, hotels, cruises, transport and activities
• Check availability and compare what different suppliers offer
• Guide clients through room types, inclusions and booking terms
• Complete bookings via authorised reservation systems and verify details
