Business Development Specialist, Payments

About the role

Drive market expansion for a payment product across several Central European markets, owning the full growth pipeline and building merchant and partner relationships.

What you will do

• Own the complete growth pipeline and support market expansion for the payment product
• Recruit and manage merchants, payment service providers, gateways, fintech partners and Web3 projects
• Run the whole business development cycle from market mapping and lead generation to pitching and closing
• Work with product, compliance, payments operations and marketing teams to launch and scale payment use cases
• Shape regional go-to-market plans and spot promising crypto to fiat and fiat to crypto payment corridors
• Represent the company at industry events and gather market intelligence and partner feedback

• Solid grasp of the KOL and VIP ecosystem
• Deep familiarity with the local market
• Thorough knowledge of the company platform and its products
• Good understanding of community dynamics
• Familiarity with the OSOP environment for building Campaign 2.0 campaigns
