Client Delivery Manager

About the role

Own relationships with clients and steer delivery across a portfolio of engagements, helping mid-market firms adopt AI, automation and analytics that improve efficiency and growth.

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for a set of ongoing client accounts
• Guide client roadmaps, timelines and milestones from planning through completion
• Turn complex client needs into clear problem statements for engineering teams
• Tie deliverables to measurable outcomes such as ROI, time saved and risk reduction
• Spot risks and delays early and put action plans in place
• Find chances to broaden engagements and bring in added solutions

What they look for

• Three to five or more years in engagement, program or project management, consulting, client delivery or technical account management
• Confident spoken and written English for working with US executives
• Strong executive presence and sound business judgment under ambiguity
• Comfort discussing APIs, software workflows and automation concepts
• Ability to prioritize and weigh trade-offs when problems are unclear

Nice to have

• Background in an agency, SaaS, technology or consulting setting
• Experience serving mid-market businesses
