Contracts and Proposals Manager

About the role

A fixed term role covering parental leave, coordinating responses to bids and customer questionnaires across several regions. The person acts as project lead from intake to final submission and keeps the response content library sharp.

What you will do

• Run the full coordination of bids, information requests, tenders and security or vendor questionnaires as project lead
• Work with experts in sales, security, finance and legal to collect accurate and current information
• Organise item assignments, reminders, strategy meetings and executive sign off, chasing progress as needed
• Draft response content that meets customer requirements and follows internal guidelines and approved messaging
• Make sure final packages are formatted, reviewed and delivered on time
• Grow and refine a library of response content, template wording and playbooks
