Plaintiff-Side Class Action Litigation Associate

About the role

An associate role handling sophisticated class actions and complex disputes for plaintiffs, from early case development to resolution. The position offers early responsibility, remote flexibility and bonus potential tied to contingency matters.

What you will do

• Research legal and factual issues and help shape creative case strategy
• Draft briefs, motions, pleadings and discovery materials
• Take part in discovery, depositions, hearings and case strategy
• Work closely with senior attorneys in a lean team with real responsibility
• Handle high-stakes matters involving securities, commercial disputes and corporate conduct

What they look for

• At least two years of complex litigation experience
• A JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in good standing in at least one US state
• Strong research, analytical and legal writing skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Sound judgment and close attention to detail on complex assignments

Nice to have

• Plaintiff-side securities litigation or class action experience
• Experience at a leading law firm or comparable litigation practice
