What you will do
- Assist relationship managers with administrative tasks within the customer team
- Advise customers on everyday banking matters
- Set up and maintain KYC, anti-money laundering and compliance procedures for customer relationships
- Prepare service offers, legal documents and correspondence
- Gather information on existing and potential customers and keep files and databases current
- Prepare standard credit memos and support a smooth disbursement process
