What you will do

  • Own a set of current client accounts and act as their main point of contact
  • Build consultative relationships that help clients grow and get more from the platform
  • Renew annual contracts and sell additional products to existing clients
  • Train clients on new features and services so they actually adopt them
  • Work with clients on plans for deeper use of the platform and analyse where their growth could come from

  • At least 3 years in account management or customer facing roles, with a consultative approach
  • Past sales or business development work that grew existing clients
  • Experience handling brand, advertiser or network clients
  • Ability to learn SaaS concepts quickly and juggle the needs of many accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and comfort talking with executive leaders
  • A bachelor's degree
