Account Manager, iGaming

About the role

An account management role owning a portfolio of international iGaming clients, serving as their main contact and turning their goals into briefs and commercially useful insights.

What you will do

• Build and grow relationships with a portfolio of international iGaming clients
• Serve as the day to day contact for communication, meetings and follow ups
• Translate client goals, needs and challenges into clear briefs for internal teams
• Present campaign results and turn data into commercially relevant insights
• Handle feedback and escalations, working with internal teams to resolve issues
• Spot chances to raise satisfaction, retention and account growth across services and markets

What they look for

• At least three years in account management, client services or customer success
• Background in digital marketing, performance marketing or iGaming
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent spoken and written communication, including presenting results and recommendations
• A commercial mindset focused on retention and growth, with strong organisation and proactivity

Nice to have

• Prior experience in iGaming, sportsbook, casino or sweepstakes
