Creative Marketing Manager

About the role

A hands-on creative role covering strategy and production across web, paid, email, direct mail and social channels, with a focus on customer stories and short-form video.

What you will do

• Set creative strategy and run execution across web, paid social, paid search, email, direct mail and organic social
• Define success metrics and testing plans, then decide what to scale, cut or rework
• Design assets for every channel as the in-house designer, following brand guidelines
• Write and produce website content such as landing pages, articles, guides and product pages
• Lead organic social channels and appear on camera in short-form video
• Plan, script, shoot and edit short videos and tell customer impact stories

• Experience owning creative and content across multiple marketing channels
• Hands-on design, writing, shooting and editing skills
• Ability to read creative performance data and act on it
• Comfort working on camera and producing short-form video
• Ability to work full-time in a fully distributed team
