Regional Sales Director

About the role

Lead regional sales growth for a fire and emergency services software platform. The role combines team coaching, territory planning and hands-on deal strategy in a mission-critical market.

What you will do

• Recruit, onboard and develop account executives, running regular one-to-ones and deal reviews
• Set territory and vertical plans, monthly and quarterly targets, and accurate forecasts
• Guide complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles across agencies of every size
• Standardise the sales process from lead generation through procurement and handoff
• Build senior relationships with chiefs, command staff, IT and city leadership
• Work with marketing, solutions engineering, product and customer success on pipeline and expansion

What they look for

• Seven or more years of B2B and B2G SaaS sales, with at least three leading account executives
• A record of beating new logo and expansion targets in complex deals
• Skill at territory design, quota setting and forecasting
• Strong coaching in discovery, qualification frameworks, value-based proposals and executive presentations
• Comfort giving clear, candid performance feedback
• Proficiency with CRM tools
